InGaAs Photodiodes: 6 GHz, Highly Linear, Optical Power Handling
InGaAs Photodiodes: 6 GHz, Highly Linear, Optical Power Handling
Description:
These low harmonic distortion, high speed photodiodes are hermetically sealed, and are designed for high optical power applications with minimum bandwidth of 6 GHz. These devices employ custom optical beam shaping techniques and are well suited for applications requiring highly linear operation such as antenna remoting, RF-over-fiber signal distribution, and photonic microwave oscillators. These photodiode modules are available in either a K-connector package or a miniature surface mount package with CPW (coplanar waveguide) RF output, and utilizes Discovery's high-reliability InGaAs photodiode technology.
